Product Description

The Grandstream GXW4232 IP Gateway is a high-density 32-port FXS VoIP gateway designed to connect traditional analog telephones and other analog devices to modern IP-based communication networks. It allows businesses to continue using existing analog telephone infrastructure while taking advantage of SIP, VoIP, and IP-PBX systems. Grandstream’s GXW4200 Series includes 16-, 24-, 32-, and 48-port models, with the GXW4232 providing 32 FXS ports.

The GXW4232 supports 32 independent SIP accounts and up to four SIP server profiles, allowing individual analog ports to be registered and managed through SIP-based communication platforms. It includes two 50-pin RJ21 Telco connectors and a Gigabit Ethernet interface for reliable network connectivity. The gateway is designed and tested for interoperability with leading IP-PBXs, softswitches, and SIP platforms.

For high-quality communication, the gateway supports wideband voice with 16kHz sampling and codecs such as Opus and G.722. It also supports simultaneous 3-way voice conferencing per port, along with echo cancellation, dynamic jitter buffering, voice activity detection, comfort noise generation, and packet-loss concealment. T.38 fax support enables communication with compatible fax equipment over IP networks.

The Grandstream GXW4232 also provides advanced security features including SRTP, TLS/SIPS, HTTPS, secure boot, unique device certificates, and randomized default passwords. Its desktop and rack-mount design makes it suitable for offices, hotels, hospitals, enterprises, and other organizations requiring a large number of analog extensions.
