The Grandstream GWN7816P Layer 3 Managed PoE Switch is an enterprise-grade, high-performance network switch designed for medium and large businesses, corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions and enterprise networking environments. It provides advanced Layer 3 routing, high-speed connectivity, intelligent Power over Ethernet and centralized network management.

The Grandstream GWN7816P features 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports and 6 high-speed 10 Gigabit SFP+ uplink ports, enabling reliable connectivity for IP phones, wireless access points, IP surveillance cameras, computers and other network devices. It offers a switching capacity of 216Gbps and a non-blocking throughput of 108Gbps, making it suitable for demanding enterprise applications.

The switch supports PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ technologies with a total PoE power budget of 740W. Ports 1–8 support up to 60W PoE++, while ports 9–48 support up to 30W PoE+. Intelligent power management automatically distributes available power to connected devices, reducing the need for separate power adapters.

The GWN7816P provides advanced Layer 3 features, including static and dynamic routing, VLAN segmentation, link aggregation, Quality of Service (QoS), multicast management and IPv4/IPv6 support. Security features such as DHCP Snooping, ARP Inspection, IP Source Guard, 802.1X authentication and DoS protection help safeguard enterprise networks.

For simplified administration, the switch supports web-based management, CLI, Grandstream GDMS Networking and GWN Manager. It also supports an optional hot-swappable redundant power supply for improved network availability.

With its high port density, advanced routing capabilities and centralized management, the Grandstream GWN7816P is suitable for scalable enterprise networks, IP telephony, video surveillance, Wi-Fi infrastructure and business-critical connectivity.
