12. Delivery – We deliver all across India. Products are generally dispatched in 3-21 days depending upon the product you have ordered. If cash on delivery is available in your area, then we charge Rs 150 for this service. You can SAVE Rs 150 if you pay by Credit/Debit Card or net banking.
13. Exchange policy – We donot have Money refund policy. We allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the product module with other brand if the product feature doesn’t meet the requirement. Note on second exchange: To get you the best of the products at affordable prices we need make sure that we do not have high margins built in to our products for this reason we need to charge you Rs.300 for the second exchange. First exchange is free.
