7-Day Refund Policy
At Optima Technologies, we are committed to delivering a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience. All products sold on our website are brand new and 100% genuine. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following terms:
- Refunds will be processed only after the product is verified and confirmed to be defective or damaged.
- The product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.
- If the product is received in a damaged or non-functional condition, a full refund will be issued directly to your original payment method.
- For other valid return reasons, a coupon code equal to the product value will be provided, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before the product is dispatched from our international supplier. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued in the form of a coupon code only.
- If the import process has already been initiated (typically within 1 to 48 hours of placing the order), the order cannot be cancelled.
- Optima Technologies reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to factors such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Refusal of Delivery
- If a customer refuses to accept delivery or is unavailable during delivery attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable, and no refund will be issued.
Important Note
- As all products listed are imported against confirmed orders, cancellations after the import process has started will not be entertained.
- In the case of cancellations initiated by the customer (before import begins), a 2% deduction will be made from the total refund amount to cover bank transaction fees.
