7-Day Refund Policy

At Optima Technologies, we are committed to delivering a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience. All products sold on our website are brand new and 100% genuine. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following terms:
  • Refunds will be processed only after the product is verified and confirmed to be defective or damaged.
  • The product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the product is received in a damaged or non-functional condition, a full refund will be issued directly to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • If the import process has already been initiated (typically within 1 to 48 hours of placing the order), the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Optima Technologies reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to factors such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Important Note

  • As all products listed are imported against confirmed orders, cancellations after the import process has started will not be entertained.
  • In the case of cancellations initiated by the customer (before import begins), a 2% deduction will be made from the total refund amount to cover bank transaction fees.
