The Yealink CP965 IP Conference Phone is a flagship HD audio conference phone designed for medium to large meeting rooms. It combines professional-grade audio, intelligent noise reduction, a large capacitive touchscreen, wireless connectivity, and flexible expansion options in a modern conference-room design. The CP965 provides a 5-inch 720 × 1280 capacitive touchscreen, giving users an intuitive interface for managing calls, meetings, contacts, and device functions.

The CP965 is equipped with a 13-microphone array, consisting of 12 microphones for voice pickup and a dedicated microphone for noise cancellation. It provides 360-degree voice pickup with a maximum range of 6 meters (20 feet), allowing participants around a conference table to communicate clearly without having to sit directly next to the device. Yealink Noise Proof Technology, Smart Noise Filtering, acoustic echo cancellation, and full-duplex audio further improve the meeting experience by reducing unwanted background sounds and echo.

The conference phone features a 5W, 56mm speaker and supports HD audio codecs for clear and natural voice reproduction. It supports 10-way conference calling and can also be used for hybrid UC meetings. Bluetooth, dual-band Wi-Fi, USB Type-A, and USB Type-C connectivity allow the CP965 to connect with computers, smartphones, and other compatible devices.

For additional flexibility, the CP965 supports Yealink CPW65 wireless expansion microphones and can work with the optional CPN10 for PSTN conferencing. It also supports Power over Ethernet, making installation easier by allowing network connectivity and power through a single cable. With its combination of advanced audio processing, wide-area voice pickup, and flexible connectivity, the Yealink CP965 is well suited for corporate boardrooms, conference rooms, training rooms, and professional hybrid meeting environments.
