Product Description

The Dasscom DS-15W Wall Mount Speaker is a professional 15W SIP-enabled network speaker designed for IP-based public address, paging, announcements, and background music applications. It is an indoor wall-mounted speaker that combines network connectivity, built-in amplification, PoE power, and SIP support in a compact cabinet design. The DS-15W can be integrated with the Dasscom IP Audio Center or a third-party SIP server, making it suitable for centralized audio and paging systems.

The speaker features a dual-driver design consisting of a 5.25-inch woofer and 1.5-inch tweeter, providing both low- and high-frequency reproduction. It has a rated output of 15W and a frequency range of 70Hz–20kHz. The speaker provides a 90° horizontal and 50° vertical coverage pattern, with approximately 30m² coverage according to Dasscom’s technical documentation.

For network-based communication, the DS-15W supports SIP paging using wideband G.722 as well as G.711 and G.729 codecs. It supports audio streaming for background music, including MP3 playback. Its IEEE 802.3at PoE capability allows power and network connectivity through a single Ethernet cable, simplifying installation. External 24V DC power is also supported.

The DS-15W has a robust ABS enclosure with a metal mesh grille and is designed for wall mounting. It is suitable for offices, schools, factories, commercial buildings, campuses, and other indoor environments requiring distributed IP audio. Its SIP compatibility, built-in amplifier, PoE support, and dual-speaker driver make it suitable for modern network-based public address systems.
